There is nothing more relaxing than taking a bubble bath at the end of a long day. I had quite a few “long days” last week so decided it would be the “purrfect” time to try out the products that Honeycat sent me. Work, school and kids can be stressful to say the least…this is exactly what I needed!
Who is Honeycat?
Honeycat is a creation by Brooklyn-born Theresa Spruill. Honeycat has a large line of products including bath, facial and scrubs, just to name a few. Honeycat takes pride in committing that their products are all natural and have never been tested on animals. Here is a quote from Honeycat.com, “These are just a few of the outrageous products that we offer. Your skin is safe in our paws..um, I mean hands. Preservatives in our food, dyes in our clothes, BHT, MSG, YUCK! You won’t find any junk in Honeycat products.”
Review
Honeycat was gracious enough to send me three products to try.
- Sweet Potato Pie Bubble Stuff
- Warm Milk Martini
- Honey & Buttermilk Body Cream
The “Sweet Potato Bubble Stuff” was the first product I tried. When I opened the bottle I was amazed at the sweet aroma seeping out of the bottle. Mmmm… I actually do not eat Sweet Potato’s but this stuff smelled good enough to eat! And no, I did not eat it!
I really liked this product because it smells REALLY good, does not feel oily in the bath and made lots of bubbles!
Another item that I tried was the “Honey & Buttermilk Body Cream“. One major benefit of trying this product was that I had an excuse to get a massage.
I really liked the way my skin felt after wards. I didn’t feel greasy like I do most times I use lotion. My skin felt silky smooth and smelled unbelievable!
The final product that I tried was the “Warm Milk Martini Milk Bath“. This was my favorite! Call me silly but when I first saw the product I actually thought is was a liquid. To my amazement, when I opened it for my bath I found that it was actually a powder. I loved how relaxed I felt lying in my milk bath. The smell really intensified the experience! I thought it smelt like vanilla. This is made from goats milk, buttermilk and coconut milk so I am not sure where I smell vanilla. Maybe I am just weird…
